This dish about the Indian traditional and highly nutrient food ,which is also called as Dinkache laddu,dinkache ladoo or gond ke laddu its super brain food for all age group specially for Diwali special. Ingredients : Jaggery,dink, walnut,cashew, almond,pista, cardamom, aniseed, poppy seed,magaj seeds(pumpkin seeds),bottle gourd seed,dry coconut,sesame, ghee. Method : 1. First fry cardamom ,fennel, poppy seed in dry. 2. Heat the ghee and fry all remaining ingredients. 3. grand the fennel seeds and cardamom in powder form. 4. Now grind remaining ingredients in smaller pieces. 5. Add water and Jaggery in the vessel for 10 min. 6. Now add the liquid Jaggery in the mixture and make a boll of it. Your high protein laddu is ready.
