First fry cardamom ,fennel, poppy seed in dry. 2. Heat the ghee and fry all remaining ingredients. 3. grand the fennel seeds and cardamom in powder form. 4. Jowar -1kg
Wheat – 250g
Black gram – 200g
Rice – 250g
Harbhara dal – 150g
Remaining ingredients : garlic,green chili, ginger pest, onion , chilli masala, sesame seeds,oil ,salt, coriander leaves, garam masala, cumin and coriander powder,anise seeds, turmeric.
Method : take the multi grain flour and add green chilli, garlic, ginger pest, onion chilli masala, sesame seeds,salt, coriander leaves, garam masala,cumin and coriander powder, Anise seeds, turmeric mix it with water to make a dough.
Take wet kerchief or cloth and take small ball of dough to press around to make like chapati and heat it.

गीली केर्च या कपड़ा लें और आटे की छोटी-छोटी बॉल लें और चपाती की तरह बनाने के लिए चारों ओर से दबा दें।
